Intercultural Cooperations- Avagy megtanulni Eggyé válni - HWPL (Bilingual)

Üdvözlet kedves olvasóim és követőim, mai anyagunk ismét két nyelven lesz elérhető pont azért, hogy akikről szól azok is tovább adhassák az olvasottakat hogy terjedjen szét a világ különböző pontjaiba. Kicsit folytatva az előző témát, hiszen az első konferencián túl is vagyok már, meg szeretném osztani tapasztalataimat és élményeimet, amit adhatott egy ilyen nemzetközi konferencia, ami társadalmi ügyekért emel szót, nők szervezésével, mégsem csak nőket érintve. 

Valahogy ez alapnak is tekinthető, hogy ugyanannyira fontos a bajban levő emberekért kommunikálni, hogy bemutassuk a kész tényeket. És amikor visszatérünk arra gondolatra "Hol van tulajdonképpen a mi helyünk nőként ?" Akkor szinte nevetségesnek hat a kérdés azok után, hogy végig hallgattam két olyan nőt, akik a front vonalban próbálnak naponta segíteni a rászorulókon. A múlt hét csütörtöki rendezvény egyik meghívott résztvevője menekülteknek próbál segíteni fenntartva több tábort is Görögországban (Athén, Lesbosz sziget)   Raquel Herzog (SAO) a másik résztvevő Zürichben  Aresu Rabbani fűszer vállalkozást üzemeltet, aminek a bevételeiből támogatja azokat a nőket, akik Afganisztánban élnek most a tálib rezsim alatt, próbál nekik segíteni, támogatni őket. Ő maga is menekültként érkezett anno Svájcba 14 éves koráig oktatásban nem részesülhetett. Miután felzárkózott és leérettségizett, diplomázott  és indította el a vállalkozását. Élő példa hogyha megadjuk az esélyt a nőknek, hogy tanuljanak, származhatnak akárhonnan képesek integrálódni a társadalomba és mivel tudják is mennyit jelent esélyt kapni egy új életre, nem felejtve el ők honnan indultak, támogatni akarják bajtársaikat, nőket akik elnyomásban élnek, megfosztva jogaiktól, akik próbálnak harcolni folyamatosan. Rokonokat, akik szintén elmenekültek a háború elől Iránba, és lehetőség sincs rá egyenlőre hogy a családjuk együtt legyen. Igaz történetek, igazi harcok hallgatva őket, erőfeszítéseiket hogy segítsenek másoknak újrakezdeni az életüket, nem ítélkezve, hogy miért indultak el. És végre én is megnyugodtam, hogy amit itt érzek ebben az idegenektől rettegő közösségben, hazámban hogy ez természetes, normális, hogy nincs velem baj. Nem vagyok különb, de legalább őrült sem abban a vonatkozásban, ha közösséget érzek ezekkel az emberekkel, mert érzem hogy egyek vagyunk. 

Itt térnék rá igazán a mai témánkra egyúttal, mert fontos megértenünk, hogy a család mellett is lehetnek olyan közösségek, amiben megtalálhatjuk az otthonunkat, mert elfogadnak bennünket, vagy egy ügyért közösen harcolunk. Az interkulturális kooperáció melynek köszönhetően egy megfelelő közvetítő csatornán át létre tud jönni, hogy tudjunk egymásról, ami abban is segít, hogy az előítéleteket le tudjuk bontani, amit a média vagy a világ vagy a belpolitika diktált belénk például a fejlődő országok tagjait illetően, hogy soha nem lesznek képesek fejlődni, vagy tanulni, változtatni az életvitelükön, mert elmaradottak. 

Folytatva a női ügyvivők harcát, rácáfolva arra hogy számottevő eredményeket ők nem lesznek képesek elérni soha,  vagy éppen változást, szeretném kiemelni a Fazeela Mubarak munkásságát, aki a Wild Heart Kenya nevű szervezetet vezeti társaival 2017-től Nairobiban. Többek között a szervezet foglalkozik; 

klíma oktatással (adaptációval) , nők és a lányok iskolai keretek közötti edukálásával, érintve a reprodukciós kérdéseket, a vízgazdálkodással, és az erdő irtás és természetkárosítás visszaszorításával, hogy regenerálódjon a természet és védjék a terület a flóráját és faunáját. Egymás munkásságát azonban, köszönhetően a LinkedIn-ek  figyelemmel követjük, mivel közös ügyünknek tekintjük ezeket a társadalmi feladatokat. A Fridays for Future globális projektje összeköt bennünket, hiába nem ismerjük egymást személyesen vagy választ el bennünket több ezer kilométer. 

Itt jön elő bloggerként az én feladatom és felelősségem, hogy a történeteikről ha nem is meséljek mindent el mert az hihetetlen gazdag mennyiségben, hanem felhívjam a figyelmet arra, hogy attól hogy mi nem tudunk róla, mert a média nem számol be, de a világ a fejlődő világban is fejlődik, talán még jobban is mint a fejlettebb részein, de a politika vagy a híroldalak erről nem számolnak be, ami lényegében pozitív eredménynek minősülne és motiváló eszköznek, hogy érdemes együttműködésre koncentrálni háború és kirekesztés helyett. Ezért tartom lényegesnek a Storytelling jellegű beszámolókat, amiben tényekkel szembesülünk, ahelyett, hogy elfogadnánk xy kormányzati szervezet tanulmányát arról, hogy káros ha a nők túlképzettek, ha van energiájuk másoknak segíteni és ügyekért kiállni. 

Hogy mi köze az eggyé váláshoz, így már talán tisztább is, hogy a befogadást, elfogadást csak úgy tudjuk segíteni a közösségben, ha rácáfolunk a hiedelmekre, hírekre, amik fake-newsok is lehetnek, nyilatkozatokra személyes bemutatással. Győződjünk meg hogy valóban elmaradottak az emberek, vagy csak esély kell nekik, hogy kihozhassák magukból a legjobbat, és ez a női nemnél hatványozott esetben érvényes.

Continuing a little on the previous topic, since I am already beyond the first conference, I would like to share my experiences and what an international conference (HWPL- IWPG)  could provide, which raises the voice for social issues through the women organization , but not only affecting women.

In a way, this can also be considered basic, that it is just as important to communicate for people in trouble as it is to present the facts. And when we return to the thought "where is our place as women?" Then the question seems almost ridiculous after I was listening  two women, who are standing on the front line, trying to help people every day. One of the invited participants of last week's  event is trying to help refugees by maintaining several camps in Greece (Athens, Lesvos island). Raquel Herzog (SAO), the other participant,  Aresu Rabbani leader of a spice business company in Zurich, the income of which supports women who are now living in Afghanistan under the Taliban regime, trying to help and support them. She came to Switzerland as a refugee and was not allowed to receive an education until she was 14 years old. After she caught up and graduated and started her business. A living example is that, if we give women the chance to learn, they can come from wherever they are, they can integrate into society and because they know, how much it means to get a chance for a new life, not forgetting, where they started, they want to support their comrades, women, who live in oppression, deprived of their rights, who they try to fight constantly. Relatives who also fled the war to Iran, and there is currently no possibility for their families to be together. True stories, real struggles listening to them, their efforts to help others start their lives again, without judging why they left their country. And finally, I was reassured that what I feel here in this community, that is afraid of strangers, in my country, is natural, normal, that there is nothing wrong with me. I am not different, but at least I am not crazy in the sense, that I feel a community with these people, because I feel that we are one.

This is where I would really like to get to today's topic, because it is important for us to understand that there can also be communities in which we can find our home, because they accept us, or we fight together for a causes. Intercultural cooperation, thanks to a suitable mediating channel can be established, so that we can know about each other, which also helps us to break down the prejudices that the media or the world or domestic politics have dictated to us, for example regarding members of developing countries, that we never they will not be able to develop, learn or change their way of life because they are left behind.

Continuing the fight of female office bearers, refuting the fact that they will never be able to achieve significant results or even change, I would like to highlight the work of Faazela Mubarak, who has been leading the Wild Heart Kenya organization with her colleagues in Nairobi since 2017. Among other things, the organization deals with;

with climate education (adaptation), education of women and girls within school frameworks, touching on reproduction issues, water management, and reduction of deforestration and natural damage in order to regenerate nature and protect the flora and fauna of the area. However, thanks to LinkedIn, we follow each other's work closely, as we consider these social tasks to be our common cause. The global project of Fridays for Future connects us, despite the fact that we do not know each other personally or are separated by thousands of kilometers.

This is where my task and responsibility as a blogger comes into play, even if I don't tell everything about their stories in the incredibly rich amount, but draw attention to the fact that we don't know about it, because the media doesn't report it, but the world it is also developing in the developing world, perhaps even more than in its more developed parts, but politics or news sites do not report on this, which would essentially be considered a positive result and a motivating tool that it is worth focusing on cooperation instead of war and exclusion. That's why I consider Storytelling-type reports, in which we face facts, to be important, instead of accepting xy government organization's study that it is harmful, if women are overeducated, if they have the energy to help others and stand up for causes.

As for what it has to do with becoming one, it is perhaps even clearer that we can only help inclusion and acceptance in the community by refuting beliefs, news that can also be fake news, and statements with a personal presentation. Let's make sure that people are really backward, or that they just need a chance to bring out the best in themselves, and this applies to the empowered case of the female gender.
