Globalisation & Gender Equality
Today I will talk about a connection between Globalisation and Gender Equality. This is obvious I think but sometimes we really need to understand why is it important. The globalisation means global equality all the members of the Earth who live in and need to have same human rights. Which means that the half of the Earth's population is woman.
However as we look around the world see that in many countries keeping under the women, instead of beside next to the men. There is no global human rights protection, no equal pay or justice and the last but not least there is huge wide gap between developed and developing countries in this topic.
We know that soon the Earth is overpopulated because in developing countries many women have lot of children because they are not educated, and suffer from the every day violence at home. If these women knew that consequence which effect the Earth climate and threaten their place where they live they would not give birth to more children. But we need to teach them and give chance to be independent woman who can live, learn and work and earn money without men or cooperated with them only.
Think about a perfect society where women can work on the same price their works makes more profit to keep up the balance. Empower women in the economy and political area is the key because women always standing behind social problems, when men is thinking only the wars and financial aims how to make more profit and invest less money because they save money for themselves.
The world has changed, more women got a responsible positions in the political area. Last week Ursula von der Leyen won the leader of European Union position this is a marvelous result nowadays and she promise that Women tasks won't be forget like enviromental issues, climate change.
She said that She would like to end the Injustice and violence against Women and protect them in the EU.
That was a very good news for us, to care for the global well being and our aims cross with her plans finally. The UN Women which established, and launched the HeForShe Project in 2014 is a tool for the globalisation too. "Men solidarity with women"
